**BREAKING NEWS**

Effective April 22, 2010, a Lead Safety law goes into effect that requires Remodeling Contractors to be Certified for any work performed on a home built prior to 1978.

This new law requires that specific Lead Safety precautions be taken in order to protect you, your family, and your pets during all remodeling projects.  Inhalation of even the smallest amounts of dust containing lead can be poisonous, especially for children.  Even the simplest of painting projects should only be handled by a properly trained & Certified Remodeling contractor, to avoid dangerous exposure to Lead-based paint.
